Terms

The Contract

1) All price quoted in the local currency, Ringgit Malaysia. The official abbreviation of Malaysian currency is RM though internationally "MYR" (MY being the country code for Malaysia) is more widely used.

2) Price is valid on date of quotation and subject to change due to impending implementation of the goods and services tax (GST) by the Malaysian government, fuel hike or any price increment imposed by our local suppliers.

3) We have the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice.

4) Services
a) Meet and greet services upon arrival
b) Hotel transfers as stipulated in tour itinerary
c) All accommodation as stipulated in tour itinerary
d) All meals as stipulated in tour itinerary
g) Entrance fees as stipulated in tour itinerary
h) Guide and Assistant.

5) Items
a) Travel and medical insurance (strongly recommended)
b) Air tickets to/from Sabah excluded
c) Fines for motoring offenses
d) Any alcoholic and/or carbonated soft drinks as stipulated in tour itinerary
e) Camera/video fees excluded
f) Incidental charges such as telephone calls, etc
g) Personal expenditures 
h) Tipping
i) Items not mentioned in tour inclusion



Reservations, Payment and Cancellation

1) or preferably E-mail. Once a booking for a space is made, a 20% reservation fee from the total package price must be paid within 14 days after the initial booking; otherwise, it will automatically be made available for resale. The deposit will hold the spaces booked until 30 days before arrival date to the resort. By this time, the balance of payment must be settled. Full payment is required for booking made within 30 days.
The fees are not refundable but transferable to other dates.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES MAY BE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF INQUIRY BUT IT IS NOT BEING HELD FOR YOU. A REQUEST CANNOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENTS AND CLIENT PERSONAL PARTICULARS.

3. ATM payment method: cash bank-in or bank transfer by personal ATM (contact us for our personal banking detail)



2) Cancellation:
In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges shall apply. Upon commencement of tour, unused portions of the trip are not refundable and not
transferable.
- Up to 30 days before arrival 20% of the trip's full price forfeited
- 29 days to 08 days before arrival 30% of the trip's full price forfeited
- 07 days to 01 day before arrival 50% of the trip's full price forfeited
- No show of customer 100% of the trip's full price forfeited
- Refunds are not given for riders who decide to take rest days or wish to do other activities.
